Dr. Marinkovich warned a friend of mine against canned foods (we were

talking about tomatoes so I'm not sure if it applies to all canned

food), but he said that the producers use the worst, moldy tomatoes

to put in the cans. Canned foods, even without the BPA still leach

metals. They're just not a good idea at all. Same with clear

plastic bottles. They have BPA in them as well. The only ones you

can trust are opaque and have a stamp on the bottom saying they are

BPA free. Anne

Yes, and even canned food that claims it is bisphenol-A has been tested

and much of it contains bisphenol-A. The less processed and more

organic you can eat, w/i confines of your budget is the best for

everyone. I recommend the weston a price foundation website. <http://

www.westonaprice.org/>

Yes, and best to store foods in glass (like mason jars), not plastic or

metal (which leaches nickel), don't use teflon coated cookware...
