The Stanta Barbara TRISTAR Support Group will meet next Saturday, Sept. 26 from

12 - 2. We'll start off with an Aquatic Exercise demonstration (and

participation) and follow that up with lunch at the River Grill. We will

continue with a discussion on water exercise and other low impact exercise for

CMT.
