Guest guest
I read of one mold diet that said oats were ok to eat for moldies. Is this solid or mere uneducated rumor? I'm skipping breakfast to find out:)
Guest guest
I am on the diet, I am eating oatmeal and ok with it. My skin feels really nice since I have been on this diet. --- In , " petehelfrich2004 " <petehelfrich2004@...> wrote: >

At one point I bought two boxes: one from Scotland and one from Whole Foods. The former was fine. The latter was not. Now that I'm doing extreme avoidance, no foods bother me though. I imagine that particular brands aren't necessary consistent, but I wonder if European food storage might be better than that in the U.S. It would be interesting to find out. Peanuts and cashews especially, but really any nuts. Dried fruits seem iffy too.
