Oats seem to be one of those foods that are contaminated with mycotoxins

sometimes and not contaminated at other times, depending on the batch.

At one point I bought two boxes: one from Scotland and one from Whole Foods.

The former was fine. The latter was not.

Now that I'm doing extreme avoidance, no foods bother me though.

I imagine that particular brands aren't necessary consistent, but I wonder if

European food storage might be better than that in the U.S. It would be

interesting to find out.

Oh, I forgot...nuts! Peanuts and cashews especially, but really any nuts.

Dried fruits seem iffy too.
