Guest guest
Hi, Sorry I did not answer sooner, but have an on going battle I am trying to solve. I have RADS and lung disease and MCS many of my reactions are respiratory. I always have with me a bottle of baking soda to neutralize the effects of exposures, and inhaler and an epi pen in case it is more than I can handle like with perfume my throat swells, Bottled water 16 0z with 1/2 tablespoon of BS. I then add Vit C the buffered kind ( which ever you tolerate most) thishas kept me from the inhaler which I also have. Then I always carry oxygen. Turn it up a little with the exposure then back to my normal setting. I Only use liquid oxygen as it is the cleanest for me. Hypoallergenic tubing from saletr labs. I do not like the other brands. I alo keep a cermic mask with tygon tubing at hand. so I have not had to use an antihistamine so far. Hope this helps. Everyone is different,  I suufered a really bad pesticde exposure about 7 months ago and drank the water blend all day long for a few days.  I have since suffered another for which I used charcol.   God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: Patilla DaHun <glypella@...> sparksella < > Sent: Sat, December 12, 2009 10:32:32 PM Subject: Re: [] Re:MCS diagnosis code  For those of you who do have respiratory distress, what do you use for an antihistamine?
