Guest guest
Open SpiritPlay Groups in NYCWednesday, December 10 and January 14, 2009 Based on the Developmental Transformations method of drama therapy, SpiritPlay is an active and rejuvenating group process that combines movement and improvisation, inviting members to play together. Playing is an excellent tool for releasing rigidity, promoting intimacy and spontaneity, and becoming more comfortable with yourself in your daily life. It invites people who work too hard to remember and relearn the value of playing and having fun. Created in 1988 as a drama therapy method, Developmental Transformations is currently being used in healing centers, treatment programs and schools around the country. Once a month on Wednesdays, 7-8:30pm. $15 first timers! $25 returnees.
