Guest guest
I got ankle splints to wear at night, but I can't seem to fall asleep/get through the night wearing them. I think that the force needed to keep my feet at the right ankle is too great, and the pressure is being delivered by an elastic band, so it's compressing my foot inwardly slightly. Then I can feel my heart beat in my feet. I've worn them during the say just fine, but at night it is very annoying so I have trouble falling asleep. What can I do so I can learn to get through the night with them on? My ankles need to be stretched out overnight so they don't hurt during the day?
