Guest guest
I agree. Most days I can barely get through the emails and research for my home and families health. Each one of these is like a labrynth to figure out. And that also includes as much as I can, my own personal efforts to comuncate with our local, state and national reps.. It would be nice if when we posted things on the list that we would not make assumptions about one another or blame or " flame " one another. Wouldn't it be nice if we could just state our point of view w/o making it personal? There are some on this list I know personally who are barely clinging to life on this earth. Let's give one another a break. Please? Sam I cant deal with even reading the posts lately, can we caulm it down of the stressing each other out? holy cow, SUPPORT!! I gag when things get shoved down my throat.
Guest guest
Oh I hear you! And what I do is delete, delete, delete. Especially when I'm having a bad time like right now when all of a sudden there is a leak in my kitchen and I'm dealing with ripping out cabinets before they can get wet. STRESSFUL! I also think that some people's stress is other people's support so not every post is for everyone-know what I mean? Just pass by the difficult ones-they are for someone else. Sometimes I feel bad just scanning the list of posts and deleting all of it but it's for my health and sometimes I click on just one item and it makes my day. Protect yourself! Do whatever is good for you. Good Luck, Surella > > I cant deal with even reading the posts lately, > can we caulm it down of the stressing each other out? > holy cow, SUPPORT!! Guest guest
I dont need emails telling me how we need these people . i'm not stupied and know whats going on . what i'm saying is, there is a way to get things done without jumping down peoples throats about it. sure we need the illness reconized, sure we need more doctors to reaconize it and treat it. and i have my hands full just dealing with doctors I go to and trying to get them to look out of their tiny little boxes, beyond that easy, fast, same old ,day in and day out routine that they have followed for years. I gave up on trying for a while because this is a most diffucult thing and very fusterateing. and no, no doctor has given me lamisil, what can I say, I live in missouri, probably the largest deniers of toxic mold state there is. with shook hardy and bacons law firm and monsantos main headquarters kc,mo. and st.louis,mo. and me stuck in the middle. with several of the payed defence doctors right here, and I have went rounds with a few of them. I basicly have to research any doctor here that I even think about trying to see. a hudge amount are ACOEM members, in case you don't get it yet, I have been beating my head against the wall over this for the last 8 years, ya should have been here when this happened to me. I have been treated like crap by several doctors, I've been through the phone book a few times, I tried bring it up, not bring it up and now I'm bringing it up again and I'm in the give me more than 5 freaking minutes and open your brain and you might learn something new, mode. I get treated rudely, I treat rudely back. as hard as it is for me to verbalize what I know, I just have to explain that I do have some problems communicating and memory , but your close minded or have a conflict of interest, which is it. I am tired of this whole thing, to bad it doesn't go away , a never ending nightmare, just group was the only support I had during many very tring years. I have helped myself more than any doctor has helped me. sad but true. now I have a whole lot more to deal with on top of this, so email rep's all you want, but I've been there done that and I have my hands full with other things. give me a new brain that organizes and doesn't forget and maybe I could be more helpful. you see, my brain damage causes me to be a one tract person. Guest guest
I agree as well. There is no need to insult anyone. Asking for something nicely without stating that people are just lazy or otherwise is judgemental. We are 2 here and both of us are very different to how we have been affected. So I would say everyone has been affected differently and compassion should rein. If you can do something about this politically great. If you cannot than you cannot. God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: Sam <yaddayadda53@...>  I agree. Most days I can barely get through the emails and research for my home and families health. Guest guest
I agree totally, we all do what we can, sometimes trying to take care of ourselves is even too much. I have never delved into the political arena, I leave that to those who can do it, I cannot even organize my paperwork, it is hard to do that when you live in the back seat of a car, as I ddi for 3 months, or in a tent, as I am now and have been for 3 years. Bills don't get paid, paperwork blows away. But I have unlimited min on my cell phone for one reason, because my husband committed suicide do to his moldy brain, I will talk to anyone on the edge, for hrs sometimes. Once I took 27 calls from one person on a weekend. I feel a lot of people give back when and where they can, and take when they need. > > I cant deal with even reading the posts lately, > can we caulm it down of the stressing each other out? > holy cow, SUPPORT!!
