Put a wrecking ball to the side of that house, then have all the dirt dug out to

at least 3 foot deep, then you can buy the lot, anything else is suicide, plain

and simple

Well, I see they are over there, fixing the roof.  They will paint it and sell

the house.  Someone will get sick from the mold in that house.

Happens all the time. Just this week I saw a painting crew spray painting the

inside of a garage here in Texas that was covered with black mold and they were

painting over it. For a quick sale, no doubt. Makes it really frightening to us

that are looking to purchase a home. D
