Now they are about $15 a pill in the US. Last time I checked, which a few

years ago, they were $2 in Mexico. But people need to understand, you

can't just take your prescription across the border and buy Sporonox. By law,

you are suppose to have a Mexican physician prescribe them and a US

prescription to bring them into the US.

One time several years ago, I went to Tijuana to buy Sporonox that Dr.

Marinkovich had prescribed. I had my ducks in a row to buy them legally.

When at the pharmacy, I met a well dressed, middle aged woman who had been

exposed to mold in her office and was really sick. She had come to get

Sporonox too, but she had NO prescriptions from anywhere.

I started walking with her toward the border, but decided that was probably

not such a good idea. She had stuffed the pills down her shirt to go thru

the border inspection. OMG! That just shows how desperate people can get

over this issue.

That's so sad, to be sick and then victimized by greed because of it, by your

own government really, because they let it happen. Congressmen take your dollar

to pay themselves, do favors for businesses and neglect their job to protect the

citizens, who are paying the bill for it all.
