Guest guest
I found one with a bar to hold on to but I'm afraid of hurting worse by trying to get better. Subject: Re: Mercola newsletter, rebounding To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Sunday, November 23, 2008, 9:31 AM That particular one in that website folds up, and supposed to be better made, but it costs more. Some have a bar to hold on to. > > Hi I bought a rebounder some time back but it is hard to fit into any room in my house so I can have the space. It can't be any smaller than it is so I've got it out in my big studio now. I'll have to use it out there. It's like a low trampoline but round and I'm so clumsy I need something to hang onto really while I bounce. The first time I got on the thing I nearly fell straight off. > > >
Guest guest
, start off slow. one minute and then two minutes then if you feel good 5 etc etc. that is how my friend did it. and she was afraid of hurting also. but put some music on or the tv. helps time go by faster. but stop if you start feeling bad... i was going to physical therapy and she thought she was helping but i was worse!! so be careful!! see how you are after a couple of days but have fun. and laugh about it.. i have only done bouncing on therapy ball started off at one min. then two min then 5 etc. its good i do clear up some. but i am not consistent. ttfn jules From: cindy_martian <cindy_martian@ yahoo.com> Subject: Re: Mercola newsletter, rebounding To: fibromyalgiacured@ yahoogroups. com Date: Sunday, November 23, 2008, 9:31 AM That particular one in that website folds up, and supposed to be better made, but it costs more. Guest guest
I'd get it if I were you and you'd soon get used to it. I doubt very much you'd hurt yourself on it. It's much easier and you can take it slowly at first till you get more confident. That's why I hold on to something when I first get on. xxx I found one with a bar to hold on to but I'm afraid of hurting worse by trying to get better. Guest guest
Good Morning, Everyone, Don't buy a new one, look in craigslist. You can find them at a better price, good condition, and they are put together already. You will find some with the handle(stand) too. M.
