There is no 'one' for everyone, a 'generic' one whould be a mix of what is in

your area.

you need to have a naturopath test you and then let them decide, homeoapthy is

one of 'matching' and I have over 200 rememdies, so i cna't tell you which 'one'

to use.

Glad to hear it worked for you. Any tips on how to find a good homeopath or

learn the skills that helped you learn how to self-medicate?

Check to see if your state has a board that certififes homoepaths, that will

help, i think currently, there are about 7 or so that do. then some states

allow md's to be licensed to do homeoapthics.

first off learn what it is, then learn how it works,, hter are online homepathic

'charts' that you can enter symtpoms to get a generalized idea of what to try.

i was taught it in med school thats where i honed my knowledge
