Hi, Pete. I appreciate your support. I wanted to add a couple comments.

There are many people who are working very hard to make a difference to expose

the truth about the health effects of toxic mold. There are several excellent

websites, and there are lots of activities, meetings, phone calls and emails

happening every day. Some of these mold advocates have been working hard at

this for several years, and they have made huge sacrifices. My family was

harmed by toxic mold in our home and we lost everything. I am just trying to

use our experience to help promote the truth.

You included my " standard message " in your message to the Sickbuildings Group.

I have sent that message to more than a thousand people including hundreds of

elected officials. It would be great if everyone could pass this on to all of

their contacts and to their own federal and state legislators.

I use that message when I am writing to someone who doesn't accept attachments

such as those contact forms (boxes) used by elected officials. If I find an

email address for someone, I send them a different message and attach a copy of

my October 7 Submission to the World Health Organization.

My response to the WHO contains a list of many important publications that were

omitted from the 2009 WHO Mold Report and the 2004 IOM Report on Mold. If

someone on Sickbuildings hasn't seen that document, I would be happy to give you

a copy. Over the past few weeks, I have sent that document to thousands of

people including hundreds of medical organizations. I found a website that has

a huge database of medical facilities, so I sent my WHO document to teaching

hospitals and medical libraries in every state. It would be great if everybody

could send this report to everybody they know.

I also have another message regarding the development of mold legislation. When

elected officials send me requests for information, I send this 3rd message that

has a list of resources to help them develop mold legislation. I would be happy

to give everybody a copy of that message too.

I agree with your comments. We need to make a lot of noise, and it would be

great if everybody took some time to send information to elected officials and

medical organizations throughout the country. You are free to use all 3 of

these items. As I always say when I give this information to other moldies,

" Send it to everybody. "

information to our elected officials.

I need help finding out the chain of command for each state = names + emails/or

PHASE 2:

Once we pressure our elected officials, the next means of heat needs to be

placed on the MEDICAL SYSTEM that shuns, ignores, & plain out was not educated

to deal with moldies.

A master list of the top 3 hospitals in each state is a must have for this to

work.

Each of us should then follow the same protocol for PHASE #1 by contacting the

CEO of each hospital with said evidence.

would be most helpful in your efforts to create new laws and regulations about

3. The State of Nevada recently passed legislation designating September 2009

as toxic mold awareness month, and the State of Arkansas passed legislation

regarding standards and qualifications for mold investigators. You could use

this information as a starting point for one part of your legislation, but you

would want to get input from experts.
