I was inspired this morning and asked my kids the same question. Here

What does " love " mean?

From Tyler, 7, AS:

Love means to be kind and respectful to other people and that's it.

From Brenna, 4,:

Love means huggie kissie cuddles. It's when people say nice things to

you and it makes you happy.

I know how this one feels whenever calls my name. He makes it sound new, and it sparkles on the way to my ears.

has gotten very good at this one. We have both done this for each other.

It's one of the most intimate things you can do for the one you love. Sitting with them, holding them, and just being queit together. When we do that he will start to talk after a while. I don't even expect conversation when we're sitting or laying like that.

PS. I loved Leo Buscaglia. There was a point where I had read and owned all of his books. At least I think they were all there was. I remember seeing his lectures on TV.
