Guest guest
Hi , I don't know what Bill has in his summary. It sounds interesting. Is there any chance that you could give us some key words from the summary so we could have an idea of what he is recommending? I do know that Bill had one incident where he was not as accurate in his research as he could have been. When I first studied the Johanna Budwig diet, I noticed a lot of mis-information on the Internet about the diet. Bill said in his 1st book that it was ok to use yogurt in the diet just as well as cottage cheese or quark. However, based on Dr. Budwig's own writings, she never agreed that yogurt was acceptable to use. I wrote to Bill about that and he wrote back that he wasn't sure where he got that information. He thought it may have been from the FlaxseedOil2 group in its early days back in 2001. And someone may have said that yogurt was ok in those days. However, now the FlaxseedOil2 Group is moderated by Wilhelm Hansen, a native German, who has read many of Dr. Budwig's books as written in the German language as well as the two English books translated from Dr. Budwig's original. He said that Dr. Budwig wrote that she was once asked about using yogurt and she said that she did not answer. She only recommended quark or cottage cheese, possibly due to the density of those cheeses and the way they blend with the flaxoil. Some people strain the yogurt to give it a texture more like quark or cottage cheese or they use more of it, but Dr. Budwig did not recommend using it at all. So, that is what I know about Bill . He seems like a very nice person, based on the email I received from him, and he has a newsletter. I'm sure that his books have a lot of helpful information. My one experience with him had to do with the inaccuracy of the information he was offering about the Budwig Protocol. It may seem like a small mistake, but it wasn't part of the formula that actually healed people in Dr. Budwig's long practice, so we don't know whether yogurt does the healing task or not when blended with flaxoil. Please share with us some of what is in his summary that you are planning to follow and maybe someone will be able to give you more input. Here is Bill 's Summary SUMMARY OF THE SELF-TREATMENTS ** Immune System Boosting – RM-10, Msr-3, Oncolyn, Beta Max ** Cottage Cheese/Flaxseed Oil – 1½ cups per day ** Heart Plus – from Our Health Coop ** Barley Power from Green Supreme, Inc. – 20 tablets per day ** Cancer-fighting Diet – (Books by: Quillin, Dyer, Dr. Flavin-Koenig ** Vitamin, Mineral, Amino Acid, etc. compound – Daily Advantage or ?? ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: o Protocel – No Heart Plus* o Paw Paw – No Heart Plus* o Onconat I o Artemesinin – No Heart Plus* o Crystal Calcium o Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) o PC Essentials (for men) o Red Raspberry Tablets o The " Feel Better Fast! " combo – Not with Protocel, Paw Paw or Artemesinin* Your combination of these will give you a 90% plus chance of becoming cancerfree. Your job….find the combination that works for you. *There is nothing toxic about taking antioxidants with Paw Paw, Artemisinin or Onconat I…they simply make the treatment less effective. The description of the above is found in detail in Bill 's book Cancer Free. Best regards,

Guest guest
Well that is wonderful news . You have made my day. I read about it on a medical website about pleural effusions. Could you tell me what happened with you. The Doctors want to put talc between the lung and the cancer to form scarring so the effusions wont happen any more. Do you know anything about this? Did you do alternate treatments and if so what. Have you got any advice for us? Thanks Toni --- wrote: I wouldn't pay too much attention to statistics as I was diagnosed with the same thing 2 years ago and am nowhere near death, where did you read that? Guest guest
After having 4 years of remissions, I was rediagnosed with lesions in my chest wall and a 1.5 cent tumor on my right lung with pleural effusion. I had VATS (video assisted thoracic surgery) where they resected the lung and put talc. I then was talked into chemo which I was scheduled to have for a year, I stopped it at 8 months. This was almost 2 years ago and my lungs are fine, unfortunately, I still have the chest wall lesions :-( I refused any more chemo and am now doing thing like juicing organic fruits and vegetables, cottage cheese and flax and tons of supplements, I am having an MRI on Friday to see what is going on! Good luck Toni s wrote: Well that is wonderful news . You have made my day. I read about it on a medical website about pleural effusions. Could you tell me what happened with you. Guest guest
Thanks for your reply . Was it painful after having the talc put in? Was that part 100% successful? My friend was going to have the talc after the second drainage she had two weeks ago. They were going to put it in where they drain out but the drain came out during the night before and then they said they couldnt do it. Evidently they just puff it through the tube. Do you know what the talc is made of? They cant put the talc in now until fluid builds up again. I am hoping it wont but its probably just wishful thinking. I am giving her heaps of paw paw tea. Boiling up the leaves and drinking it several times a day. I had another friend cured herself 20 years ago just doing that and oxygen drops. My friend Ruth has lost a lot of weight. Did u lose weight? Is VATS just a very minor operation? Thanks Toni --- wrote: After having 4 years of remissions, I was rediagnosed with lesions in my chest wall and a 1.5 cent tumor on my right lung with pleural effusion. I haven't lost any weight, cancer has never done that to me which is very good because I'm slender to begin with. She should eat some cottage cheese and flax oil, that's good fat. VATS is a major operation. I was in the hospital for 5 days and had 3 tubes coming out of my rib cage. I was bedridden for a month after getting out of the hospital, but it worked! Guest guest
Hi there To fix one of cancer is a very huge undertaking. Firstly we have to change our lifestyle, our diet, our thoughts, and also supplement to help the body fix up damaged or missing things. And Of course we have to maintain this change for a life time, which is perhaps the hardest thing of all.........and then to add to all this we have to also make sure that the decided plan of action is working as there is never ever a sure bullet for a person - we are all different and in so saying - we all need different things. This is my opinion only. I think the most important thing of helping ourselves with cancer is to research, reach and educate ourselves. It is a overwhelming task but it is really worthwhile in the end. You regain your health normally without hurting yourself too drastically, Below is one of the first sites that I started my education on. It is simple and very easy to understand. The gentleman on that site, Bob, helped me greatly. He had been there and he had overcome his cancer and he had been cancer free for six years when I overwhelmed him in my panick but he helped me through lots. Hope you were helped by the info warmest regards Odette here is the email address http://www.cancer-success.com fmschwegler wrote: I was just diagnosed with breast cancer Any suggestions or sites or natural methods to rid myself of this thing would be appreciated. Guest guest
Hi folks, One thing I would recommend for maintaining positive thoughts and dealing with anxiety is self-hypnosis. I used Gurgevich's home study course and I've never felt so relaxed. I think different things work for different people. If you are a " daydreamer " and you need a way to deal with anxiety and stay positive I'd try self-hypnosis. Best, Bonnie From: odette gaud To fix one of cancer is a very huge undertaking. Guest guest
Hi, Belinda. First thing I would do would be to get a second opinion. It is not at all uncommon for pathologists to make mistakes. Not sure about how to do that, as many members may feel that a second needle biopsy is inadvisable. I greatly appreciate that you do not want your mother going through chemotherapy or radiation at her age. I hope the needle biopsy was not too terribly painful for her, and I hope it did not spread cancer cells to elsewhere in her body. You are SUCH a SMART WOMAN for coming here to to ask questions BEFORE the doctors can do significant damage to your mother. As you are obviously aware, a 79-year-old body is not a 29-year-old body. Such a body has already deteriorated from natural causes over the years, and chemotherapy or radiation will exascerbate and hasten the deterioration process. At the very, very least, by not allowing the doctors to do their damage, your mom will be able to spend plenty of quality time with you and the family before she passes on. But I believe there are some valid things she can begin doing right away. Providing how she and you feel about her energy level and her capability for staying with any particular protocol, she can: begin the Budwig Protocol, which centers around eating flax oil, cottage cheese, nuts and berries daily - (see the group flaxseedoil2 and the files of this group for more information.) /files get some sunshine, fresh air and PLENTY of purified water daily (best is 1/2 oz per pound of body weight daily, but get as close to that as you can.) take low-dose naltrexone nightly before going to bed bounce gently on a rebounder(mini-trampoline) for 20 to 40 minutes a day. The bouncing does NOT have to be vigorous. The feet do not even have to leave the mat for the rebounder to have a significant effect. get into therapy with a therapist trained in working with people diagnosed with cancer. Sometimes working out emotional issues can have a significant effect on healing. eat plenty of green salads, raw fruits and vegetables. (Be CAREFUL if your mom has been eating lots of processed foods all her life. RAW can cause painful cramping. If she has been eating lots of cooked, processed foods, start SLOWLY on the raw.) take chlorella, alfalfa and blue-green algae and spirulina. These can be purchased most cheaply at www.swansonvitamins.com. Best wishes and best of health, Elliot > > my mother had an needle biopsy on an swollen lymph node in her > breast. Guest guest
Kay, That's fantastic the cancer did not get into your lymph nodes!!!!! You will recover in no time. My sister had breast cancer nine years ago and also did not have it spread to her lymph nodes and she is doing great!!! Eat lots of walnuts and add flax meal powder to yogurt several times a week. My ob/gyn recommends that for healthy breasts. Karon Great news Kay. Perky new breasts! Radiation will make you tired, from what my girlfriend experienced, but was easier to take than the chemo. I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice, and it is very apparent you know how to take care of yourself. Lots of love and hopeful thoughts coming your way. J. Warren Hello Everyone! First I want to thank all of you who have been praying and sending me wonderful thoughts of love and encouragement. Thank you with all my heart!!! The results are; I will have the cancerous lump taken out of my breast and reduce the other breast at the same time. I'm told I will have " perky, nice size, breast ;-) I will have radiation for 6 weeks. I don't have cancer anywhere else in my body...Praise God! Have a wonderful Evening!
