Guest guest
Hello, I wanted to let you know I am done with radiation and it appears I have had no problems from it. I am now starting a estrogen blocker, Femara, which I will have to take the rest of my life. If you are on it...will you give me your input. Thank You! Guest guest
Arlynsg, Mahua and cancer survivors, When you cite angiogenesis inhibitors you should learn about foods and supplements that have this property. As a cancer survivor myself, I have been supplementing with curcumin, resveritrol, and milk thistle, all discussed in Dr. Li's presentation linked below. http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/article/william-li-can-we-eat-starve-cancer " Herceptin is not a chemo under the usual definitions. It is an antibody and therefore has more in common with the body's own immune system. I have a favorable opinion of it. Chemos may bring about shrinkage in breast cancer, but it contributes little by way of added survival even with surgery. Triple negatives should look at PARP inhibitors, angiogenesis inhibitors, anti-metastatic agents, and immune correctives. Guest guest
, I was a vegetarian raw foodist for years prior to my diagnosis. So, I did hit the foods pretty hard. I am, however, actually allergic to grapes as well as milk thistle. I definitely cannot take milk thistle without experiencing pain. ar > > Arlynsg, Mahua and cancer survivors, > > When you cite angiogenesis inhibitors you should learn about foods and > supplements that have this property. > > As a cancer survivor myself, I have been supplementing with curcumin, > resveritrol, and milk thistle, all discussed in Dr. Li's > presentation linked below. > > http://peoplebeatingcancer.org/article/william-li-can-we-eat-starve-cancer
Guest guest
Thank you for the link, . When I viewed it just now the ## was over 1,500,000 :-) Too bad they are all out there still spraying and inhaling hairspray. Those fumes act like estrogens and I need to avoid those. I like that some of the tops worn are high-necked. With my bilateral mastectomies and no reconstruction, I wear the external prostheses. They work great, but I stay in high-necked tops so my fake-ones don't flash. Hugs of support, M. > Their goal is to receive 1,000,000 hits which will result in United Healthcare's $100,000 donation to the cure! > www.KomenPhiladelphia.org/Video
