Does anyone know of a test that can be done to determine if you have a

fungal infection in your body, I'm sure there must be one. If so can your GP

do it, is is a simple blood test?

Thanks,

.

: the only way I know is to do tissue (biopsy) samples or nasal/lung

secretions. You can then do PCR DNA for mold and ELISA for mycotoxins. See

RealTime Laboratories, Dallas, Texas. Dr. Hooper has published his results on

mycotoxins in biopsy and autopsy specimens. The problem is cost.
