Guest guest
I read the article and sent in a comment. CEG>> But this is where I'm stuck. If there is mold growth you should CEG>> remove it. Period. No testing required. But the example in the TV CEG>> News case revolves around the question of is it mold? Their tests show mold whether or not it is present. But if it isn't mold, I say remove it anyway. LOL. CEG>> Even if it is, does it need to be removed? For the cost of a CEG>> professional? Removed or at least cleaned up depending upon the cause, the amount, the cause. A professional needs to be called in only if removal of affected area is a health hazard, not because a purple test answer says it's " mold " . How many homeowners replace a roof and the wet wood below it after a leak? How many homeowners tear open walls and then replace half their home because of a musty smell emanating from them? How many insurers will pay for that work to be done? Sorry to ask questions in return. Not very courteous.
