Guest guest
Hello, After reading a lot of materials about " boundary " , I find some ways to respond when people find and ask about my CMT. 1) When people look at my feet or the way I walk --- Do not think what they are thinking about me. People have their own free will to think whatever they like to think. Trying to think what they are thinking about me invade their psychological boundary. 2) When people ask me about my CMT, I have the free will to decide whether to answer their questions or not. I don't owe anyone an answer or explanation. Thus, I can choose to have no reponse when being asked. Or if I don't feel comfortable in answering, I can just say that I don't feel comfortable to answer the question. Based on my free will, I can say " NO " to any kind of questions or requests. Most people are struggling with boundary and self image problem. Not only people with CMT. Do not care or worry about how other people think about us. But we need to care about how we think about ourselves. Feeling good about ourselves is a very important thing for being alive.
