Guest guest
I think rebounding is jumping on a little trampoline. i think you start slow and then increase your minutes on it. Its suppose to make everything flow better. Ive never done it. but I hear you can get them for about $30 at kmart. good luck. Guest guest
Hi I bought a rebounder some time back but it is hard to fit into any room in my house so I can have the space. It can't be any smaller than it is so I've got it out in my big studio now. I'll have to use it out there. It's like a low trampoline but round and I'm so clumsy I need something to hang onto really while I bounce. The first time I got on the thing I nearly fell straight off. Guest guest
90 % of Fibros are overly acidic (test your saliva pH) It causes (as do the other 3 versions of FMS) lymph to be too thick, slow down and not able to feed, rinse and rinse all our cells sufficiently. These are two of the things that the www.FibroFix.com treatment method addresses. See the " Discoveries " page. Guest guest
That particular one in that website folds up, and supposed to be better made, but it costs more. Some have a bar to hold on to. > > Hi I bought a rebounder some time back but it is hard to fit into any room in my house so I can have the space. Guest guest
Well now mine's out in the big studio I can have chairs nearby to hold onto if I need to. Or I could even put ropes up over head from the roof metal beams. Then I could just have something to hold onto to make me feel more stable. I've always been bad at stuff like cartwheels and other stuff. Never did enjoy doing stuff like that. I wanted to go to dancing lessons but my mother enrolled us three girls into a gymnastic class which I hated. She also joined. She could do cartwheels. I am just a big sissy. Love Jen xxx yeah thats' what i'm afraid will happen i've seen pictures of ones that have handles. but I'm not sure how much more they cost. nancy
Guest guest
wow your mom could do cartwheels. that's awesome I found a trampoline with the handle for 71 dollars and I might decide after thanksgiving (on thursday) to go get it, but I am afraid I will hurt more using it than I do without using it, talk about a sissy (me) Subject: Re: Mercola newsletter, rebounding To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Sunday, November 23, 2008, 5:20 PM Well now mine's out in the big studio I can have chairs nearby to hold onto if I need to. Guest guest
I think that they're recommending these rebounders because they don't cause pain. well, not me anyway. Just sort of jumping up and down doesn't hurt because you're not hitting something hard, just something that helps you bounce. It's easier than other exercise all round. Yes my Mum could do cartwheels but I couldn't. I was so embarrassed. She tried to get everyone to do them as she'd started the gym classes up and I hated them with a passion. I only wanted to dance. Hell she could have at least done that. The first year we had a real teacher and she taught us a dance and an exercise regime when we entered in for the competitions with other clubs. we had costumes and all. Mum just wanted to do exercises. It didn't help her health and she died at the young age of 63. I'm 65 now and she had angina years before she died and it just got worse. Everyone thinks it's because she ate unhealthy even though she exercised. She'd eat bread and jam with cream on top etc. And the worst part was she ate margarine instead of butter. Margarine is not healthy at all. I've eaten only butter on bread all my life and you'd never be able to convince me to touch margarine. if you know how it was made you'd never eat it. Butter is actually good for you. Margarine is not.
