Guest guest
Hi , Wow, I started magnesium just over a month ago. I am not sure if it is a placebo effect or the real deal. I used to get night cramps and also cramps when swimming. Since about 7 days from starting (I started on 30 July) my cramping has stopped. I food logged for 8 weeks prior and had my diet reviewed by a trained practitioner to see what I could do to improve my general nutrition, and the magnesium was one of the answers. So far so good. I would recommend food tracking and review by someone trained before willy nilly adding supplements to your diet. Good luck, Donna from London
Guest guest
I agree, keeping electrolytes in balance is important and checking with a medical professional before supplementing is a good idea. Prevention.com has a free food tracking program that calculates daily vitamin and mineral intake. Guest guest
I used this along with an intense exercise program to loose weight. And I reached my goal, have maintained it for 3 years, and with continued food tracking seasonally, lost more and still have that high energy level.
