dang, I just stepped out my door

and got a mold/myco and no telling what else hit from the air carring the smells

from the dumpster,

just that one little wayward drift of air.

whats interesting is that the consentration wasn't enough that I needed to jump

in the shower and change my cloths, but I wash my sinuses just in case something

might linger there and continue the instant brain effects I got from just that

one little inhalation through my nose when I first steped out the door, wew,

strange how it affects other body parts too. it wasn't consentrated enough to

cause the usual lung reaction but I did have my mouth shut and that first little

breath in through my nose and the instant brain effects and the very faint smell

of mold detected was enough for me to know.

so much for extreme advoidance. wew, having a hard time getting this wrote, of

corse I am in a more hyper-reactive state right now because I

been suffering some major sinus and lung infection the last 2 weeks, but thats a

given, everyone knows that even a cold can lower your immune responce to other

envaders,when immune system is compermised your natural defences are weeker. we

can put fancy words on this fanomanon all we want, romantize it, ect. but the

simple fact is, it's just the immune system and our natural defences at work.
