For all our new members, and those who don't know how, please make use our

Archives from the last 10 years as a good source of information and personal

experience.

This is very easy. Log in to our main page. Click on 'Messages' on the

left side of the screen, in the search box type in the topic you want - i.e.,

helios, surgery, being positive, inspirations, supplements, vitamins, AFOs and

much more.

Subject: Using the Archives

Some of you have asked how to use the Archives (past messages) Links abd

Files, so here is how:

1. Log into your account with your ID and password. (No, I do

not have your passwords)

2. Once logged in to , go to

<mailto:%40>

3. If you don't have a account, you will need to set one up (takes

minutes!)

4. Once at - look on the left side of your screen in the pretty blue

menu box. You will see " Messages " highlighted in yellow, click on that. In

the 'search' box type in what you are looking for - example 'foot surgery'

and all the former posts (archived) will come up for you to read through.

5. If you wish to use the Files section for information, just click on

'Files' highlighted in yellow. Then go to the File you want and click to

open.

6. If you want to check out our links, go to the " Links " section and click

on the folder you want. Note: Some links are in folders, older links are

below the folder section on their own. (Should you find a broken link,

please let me know at gfijig@... <mailto:gfijig%40> and

include the URL)

7. If there is a topic you can't find any reference to, let me know and I'll

try to find you some info.
