Breathing Problems...

Okay so basically I've just moved out of a place that was making me sick.

I'm almost 100% sure it was mould as I could smell something musty whenever I

came home. I've never really thought mould was such a big deal until living in

that place. I had some really strange symptoms like a sharp pain in my nose when

breathing, shortness of breath and a feeling like I can't get enough air,

constant headaches and tiredness, these strange muscle tremors and blood spots

in my phlegm and snot.

Now that I've moved out most of my symptoms have cleared up except I still

occasionally have some of the symptoms, like that feeling like I'm struggling to

breathe and coughing/wheezing when exercising. I also seem to have a bitter

taste in my mouth whenever I wake up in the morning.

I'm wondering if it's possible if I've transported some of the mould spores on

my clothes or furniture to my new place. Specifically I'm a bit suspect of my

bed.

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with mould or know if I should get rid of

my bed? I've decided, today actually, to air and sun my bed and blankets etc to

see if that will help.

Thanks for any help as this mould fight has kinda taken over my life at the

moment.

Steve
