However, I did hear from a nurse the other day that a weakened condition tends to make medications have a stronger effect. Anyway, here are some simple and cheap methods of detox: 1) drink lots of the universal solvent, water 2) add activated charcoal - must be from coconut shells, not coal. You can buy it in bulk online Activated charcoal is a universal detoxifier. AC in bulk is messy, so be careful not to spill it. 3) Vitamin C is also a universal detoxifier in high doses. Nevertheless, be advised that it does not fight fungal infections 4) bentonite clay is a universal detoxifier, as well. Unfortunately, it also binds you.
