Guest guest
That is a contentious issue. I could not understand the envirospeak used in these reports - especially inside v. outside. In 1998 when got sick in my school in Boston, I was given these reports that I did not understand. First you must have an idea what the problem is. Is is water intrusion and mold or is it chemical pollution in which case, the problem is coming from some outside source. This is over-simplification. But, I think the issue of outside v. inside has too much room for hanky panky for testing and testers to fudge the results. This region looks as if there must be some problems which are relative to the area. We have plenty of industrial pollution in this area and maybe it should be monitored more closely as well. There is this new concept called " credits " where the companies appear to " buy " emission or pollution rights. And " cap and trade " which I want to better understand as well. I might have slightly not have had my arms around this but I thought that is what was meant at this meeting, attended by commercial and utility companies as well as others who have an interest in the " outdoor " environment. I must admit that I nearly choked when I heard what it was all about. You posted some good stuff. Thank you. > > HOW ABOUT INSIDE?? > http://yosemite.epa.gov/opa/admpress.nsf/0/911C0EC924954708852576420065E01E >
