Guest guest
Hi Everyone, The Chabad Friendship Circle is a program that matches high school volunteers with special needs families as a " big brother/big sister " type of thing... They are doing a Chanukah party for these volunteers and children and December 21st... They are looking for someone who is interested in helping out with the art activity - 'making / painting menorah's'... and had asked me if I could help out.... since I will be out of town, I told them know that I would put it out there to the CAT community with the hope that someone else might interested in helping out. The party will be in Hawthorne (Westchester County)... from 1-3 on December 21... The art making is just one part of the day.... there will also be music... etc... Who ever goes would be able to enjoy in the music, food, etc. (if you wanted to stay for the whole party)... They are only expecting 15 families as a whole.... If you live in NYC, there is a Metro North train stop in Hawthorne.... If anyone is interested in helping out.... please let me know... I'm sure that they would be very appreciative.... You can email me directly at Jodimichelle1976@... ... please do not reply to this post... Thank you, Jodi Spiegel, ATR-BC, LCAT
