Barb,

When that happens to me even though I have a mask and 02 I take garlic perals

right away.  The brand I have is solgar.  It has helped me many times like in

what I am going threw right now. Insult after insult lowers your immune system

and you become suceptible to infection.

God Bless !!

I went to the ER to get an xray after a fall and was exposed to alot of people

coughing and sneezing. I have a mask I should have taken but didn't think of it.

I went home right away and gargled, etc, but I have tight feeling across my

chest and wonder about my lungs. Is there something I can inhale to kill germs

that may have gotten into my lungs?
