Guest guest
Hi my name is 45 yrs old I live in the UK and was diagnoised with CMT along with my daughter 6 years ago. Over the last 2 years I have deteriorated so much I take Fluoxatine, DHC, Tramadol, Gabapentin, Ibrupofen throughout the day and A Fentanyl patch 50mcg every 72 hours. About 12 months ago I was admitted to our local A & E department with chest pains the did ECG & Bloods but all were okay After 2 more visits upto November they decided to to a SCAN as they wanted to rule out a Blood Clot again it showed nothing abnormal. On 6th March this year pain was back again lasted much longer and unbearable I though I was going to die. I was taken to A & E again sick several times, had an xray wich came back mormal so I was sent home. My problem is I cannot seem to recover from this last episode, its been over a week and I can't eat my tummy feels as though it is churning or butterflies in it. I ache all over and am so tired and weak, and I find it hard to keep my legs still beacuse they ache so much. I had a Mirena coil fitted approx 2.5 years ago could that be possible causing me problems I wonder....... I really want to get back to how I was last month, as I know things will never be total better as I use crutches to get around and a wheel chair or scooter if outside. I don't want to live the rest of my life like this as I feel a burden to all my family and I feel that the doctors and hospital staff think I make up these things as they cannot find out what is wrong. Has anyone any suggestions for me?
