Guest guest
I believe that most of us have the mycotoxins eventually affecting the liver, especially if there's been a weight gain. It just helps to remove toxins and regenerate the liver. The actual milk thistle plant (Silymarin) is widely used in Europe by those who drink a lot of wine. Otherwise, I should have clarified that I don't know how else it might help us in general. I can't on the list recommend what I personally know what works for me for general well-being. Milk thistle has been proven to be safe and has been prescribed for a bird I had and also by my own doctor.
