Guest guest
All my life I have had random hot feet. With or without shoes. Day or night. In water or not. In addition winter and summer my feet can crack if not moisturized regularly. I change shoes often, don't wear socks.I go barefoot, I have some cream/lotion in the fridge which works great (Vaseline Intensive Care lotion and Neutrogena Hand Cream- they also have a Foot Cream, also Crabtree and 's " Gardeners Hand Therapy " works just as well on feet) I have used Biofreeze, also cold Aloe Vera gel and sinc oxide. When I'm working in the garden I just turn the cold hose on. If I am reading or watching PBS, I use ice packs from the fridge. While at my PC, I have discovered that rolling a tennis ball around with each foot, alternatively, somehow takes the random burn away fast. The burning is not constant, just comes and goes at will. It's not a big deal for me. I've learned to live with it and adjust to it. Gretchen
