Savage reportedly told his listeners that autism was a ploy to hide the fact that most kids are " brats " as well as " idiots " and " morons " . He went on to suggest that autism was " a fraud, a racket " designed to get public assistance. In Cleveland, Salem-owned talk radio station WHK is reportedly planning to cancel the show as soon as a replacement show can be arranged. Here in Toledo, Cumulus talk station SuperTalk 1560 WTOD carries the Savage show. Program Director Norm Wamer said, " We have received some complaints and take them very seriously. I always welcome feedback and I'd like to thank everyone for their responses. We do not agree with Mr. Savage's comments and programming decisions are currently under consideration.
