Guest guest Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 Hello, I went to USC physical therapist and learned one exercise which I think is very useful for improving the muscle strength in my feet and legs after practicing for some time. The physical therapist did some good research and taught me this kind of exercise. I love this exercise. I can do this exercise whenever and wherever I like. Use the toes (all the five toes) to grab the floor whenever you like to do ------- I do this kind of exercise almost all the time when I remember to do it. I find my feets and legs gradually have more strength and walk more stable ---- I don't feel fatigue after doing this kind of exercise.
