Guest guest
Mr. Salowtiz: I am still awaiting your response to my email regarding the tone of the email you sent to various individuals when you offered to sent out the article authored by me and Ms. Crawley on the Complexity of Biocontaminants in Damp Damp Indoor Spaces. I do not mind that you are offering the paper to others. All one has to do is email me requesting a copy of the paper. What bothered me is that you clearly stated that I never responded to your emails requesting such action on your part. The fact is that I never received such emails. If anyone wishes to obtain copies of the papers either authored or co-authored by me, all that is needed is simple request by email to me at toxicologist1@... My two latest papers are in the same journal as that of Dr. Empting. The entire issue of this journal is dedicated to health conditions resulting from exposure to microorganisms present in damp indoor spaces. If one whishes I will be very pleased to forward a copy of the following papers authored and co-authored by me: " The biocontaminants and complexity of damp indoor spaces: more than meets the eyes. " - Thrasher & Crawley. " Do Terbutaline- and mold-associated impairments of the brain and lungs relate to autism? " Kilburn, Thrasher and Immers. Guest guest
Dr. Thrasher, and myself, have spoken, by phone, since his email, below. We now realize that our miscommunication was caused by a possible malfunction, either within his email system, or within the email function of " msn.com " I have spoken with others, who assumed that the lack of response, to their emails sent to Dr. Thrasher, was due to his busy schedule, or his being away, on vacation. After speaking with him, I can see that, if he had actually received any of our emails, he would most certainly have replied to us. His generous offer to email, to anyone, the two papers that he authored, and co-authored, is an offer that should be taken up by every member of this board. I have read his paper: " The biocontaminants and complexity of damp indoor spaces: more than what meets the eyes " , and can attest to the EXCELLENCE of this paper, co-authored by Crawley. It is an indispensable refernce work, that must be read, and used, by all of us, in dealing with the complexity of the obstacles that we all have to overcome, on our road back to good health. I have not yet read his second co-authored paper, but it sounds like a fascinating hypothesis. On behalf of all of us, I want to thank Dr. Thrasher for making these papers available to us, as it would be nearly impossible for most of us to access these papers in the journals that published them. Please bear in mind, that, if you don't get the papers you request from Dr. Thrasher, within 5 days of emailing him at: toxicologist1@... , it probably indicates that your emailed request has " vanished " into the internet, and has never reached Dr. Thrasher. Should that happen to you, just send your request to me, at: josephsalowitz@... and I will send you the paper(s) which I have saved in my computer. Guest guest
Now that these two articles are available DIRECTLY from Dr. Thrasher, and, as a " back-up " , should you receive no reply, from me, also, it is perfectly fine to discuss any questions, that you may have, about these two articles, right here, on the Sickbuildings Board. If you haven't requested these articles, yet, please do so NOW. Joe ....................................... > > Dr. Thrasher, and myself, have spoken, by phone, since his email, below.
