Can anyone walk me through the process of getting my son's REAL shot

records, not the list the doc's give when a vax list is requested, the

records of the actual vaccines given to him?

You will have to ask for a copy of the peds chart on your child - the whole

file.

They often will charge something for this but it is your right to have it.

Vaccinations at birth in the hospital are considered hospital records -

they aren't on the ped chart, most likely. Make sure to contact the

hospital too.

And may be under the mother's name not the child's.
