Guest guest
Many sites have health trackers, but most charge fees for using their site. Prevention.com has a free health tracker feature. You just have to register on the site, then you can track all the foods you eat, your activity level, your moods, and your health goals. For example... - Are you getting enough calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber in your diet? Enter all the food you eat each day and the tracker will tell you whether or not you are meeting RDA daily guidelines for 19 vitamins/minerals as well as fiber, protein, fat & carbs. - Are you taking in too much sodium? It will tell you that as well. - How many calories are you burning each day? Is it more or less than what you ate that day? Enter all your foods and your activities and the report will tell you. - Are you more tired after certain activities? Do you eat more on days you are stressed? The mood tracker can help you analyze these things. Whether you need to lose weight or not, tracking your health can be very informative and helpful. And, if you do want to lose weight, studies show that people will lose twice as much weight if they write down everything they eat and drink. It's a pretty cool tool. You may want to check it out.
