I think Carl's input, possible corrections, & additions to this mission is key.

Any extra scientific data, etc. that Carl could provide would push this project

to the next level.

We should all come together on a final copy of this proposal (like a vote, if

you will).

The next hurdle will be the A-List of those to contact/send this final document

to.

I'm glad we are sparking positive change & encouraging others on this site to

help carry the load.
