Guest guest
A two-million dollar grant to study WHAT???? Researchers at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa have been awarded a $2 million grant to study Gardasil. They will try to determine how often doctors recommend the vaccine used to protect against HPV, the virus that causes cervical cancer. The study will last until 2012. It would have been nice if they could have used that money to study Gardasil’s SAFETY or LONG-TERM EFFECTS, not how often doctors will recommend the vaccine! I wonder who is funding this marketing (waste of money, as far as the public is concerned) study ??
