Just a personal experience note here...

 

Dr. Mozaffar, the MDA doctor in Orange County, doesn't believe that CMT can

cause pain, something that has been documented since the 1980s.  He blanketly

brushed aside all of my list of complaints and questions and simply told me,

'Get better shoes, sign up for the MDA database, and see you next year'.  If

that's a concern for you, you may want to select a different doctor.  I did.
