Santa Barbara Support Group Nov. 8

I know this is a bit of a stretch, but our Santa Barbara Support Group meets

next Sunday Nov. 8 from 1 to 3, for brunch, laughter with 'white elephants' and

a roundtable discussion on 'Managing Holiday Stress'. You are more than welcome

to join us. Make it a weekend. We meet in Solvang, lots to see and do, good for

a mini-vacation, plus catch up with us for brunch.

And anyone else in the Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Central Coast is

welcome too. Or anyone from out of town who wishes to join us. Email me off this

list and I'll give you more information and directions.
