Guest guest
An insurance company actually admitted that a building can't be occupied due to mold (or other toxins)...BUT part of the building is still being used for a Senior Center. Quote from the article: Now, the 80-year-old Palmer Building, which was once home to a junior high and high school, is up for sale. The reason, said Superintendent Jim Hinson: It can no longer be used to house employees or students. “The decision was made to sell it when our legal counsel and insurance company said we could not reoccupy the building,†he said. “We thought we would sell it because it might have some other use to benefit the Truman Historic District and the community as well.†http://www.examiner.net/news/x593054286/Palmer-Building-to-be-sold
