Guest guest
Hi, I have got a hot tub in my garden, mainly because my son loves water and we parents hate pool-cleaning. The hot tubs clean themselves... If the water is hot, 39-40 degrees Celsius, I feel my muscles become extremely relaxed, and it can be hard to walk directly afterwards. But this disappears within one hour or so. But best is to keep the pool cooler, 32-36 degrees C, I don't notice the weakening effect in this case. So I only use the pool in summer, but my son likes it all year around, and we keep it hotter during the colder months. Beata
Guest guest
Hello All, I have weak lower back muscles they tend to spasm especially when going from a warm to cold environment momentarily. Years ago on a honeymoon in Glacier Bay, AK, I swam in a heated outside pool on the cruise ship. After toweling of and putting on a robe, I bent over to put my shoes on and WHAM! Three weeks of bed time before I could get back to work. (the trip home was very difficult. EdM from NH
