Guest guest
What does cause T-2 toxins? I know that stachy has to be present but is it a combo of others toxins mixed with stachy. I would really love to be able to comprehend this part. Thank you K Be careful of this test kit. It was designed to test for T-2 toxins and related simple trichothecenes in food supplies. Guest guest
Sharon and Dr Thrasher, Thanks for the " heads up " on what this " test kit " actually tests and what it doesn't. Also consider the source. I said this before, as have others: We must diligently understand definitions and meanings to avoid loss of what little money we have on right intentioned but misguided " silver bullets. " When we get " suckered " in because we are truly desparate we lose more than money. We risk the continuation of loss of health and well being. See my next post for another example. Guest guest
T-2 toxins are the main topic of Chapter 34 from a Military Medicine handbook. It discusses the ingestion and inhalation of T-2 toxins. This is one of those items that the insurance industry and others refuse to acknowledge in their review of the literature on mycotoxins. http://www.envirochex.com/Downloads/Chapter34_Military_Medicine.pdf ________________________________ From: a Townsend <kmtown2003@...> Sent: Saturday, July 25, 2009 9:26:57 AM Subject: Re: [] Re:T-2® Trichothecene Mycotoxin Urine Test Kit What does cause T-2 toxins? Guest guest
KC, Carl, Dr. Thrasher, I drives me nuts. People get victimized enough over this issue by insurers, employers, builders, etc. The last thing we need in this issue is someone selling another product professing to establish that they can determine T-2 toxin in one's urine. To my knowledge, T-2 toxin has never even been determined to be one of the toxins that are found in water damaged buildings. Dr. has told me this. Dr. Straus has told me this. And Dr. Chin Yang has told me this. Sharon In a message dated 7/25/2009 3:49:05 P.M. Sorry people, I DID NOT check things out like I normally do, and I strongly believe this is more of a scam then anything. Especially the person that is trying to market this kit. Still good info for everyone to see. BEWARE KC > > Sharon and Dr Thrasher, > > Thanks for the " heads up " on what this " test kit " actually tests and > what it doesn't.
