Hi I just read the brains wiring ets mixed up with the lack of sleep

many of us have and since we are sensitive there as well it makes sense

if we have aq bad time at any point we have a hard time sleeping and the

brain get fuzzy and we have more pain. Regular folks have a hard time

when hard pressed about something and can't get a good night rest if

worried . Imagine this compouned in a Firbo brain? The ssri- [if spelled

right hehehe], are suppose to make it easier for us to relax and not be

stressed out and behave in a less stressed out condition.

I had excellent PT at one time aqnd It was

massage both hands and machine

warm water excercise

balance ball sitting for improving mhy balance asd I was in a walker

stretching and walking excercise

swimming once a week

and freah air and to take a walk to relax andmeditate on good things

It all worked . Noiw I have a hard time findingh places for PT here

back in NY and walking is not easy in cold weather for me.

I have bought servral excercise pics and do have a rebounder for years,

hehe myh 2 nd one now. If I do not do any of these things I am a cooked

goose.

Wehn I was too busy babysitting my cgranddaughters I felt awful most of

the time I did not excercise or stretch or take time for me and my body.

Well it has been nice sharing a bit here . Hope al are having less pain

and more smiles in life bye for now deLadyBex
