Improperly stored distilled water, without a cap, will absorb CO2 from the air, and lower it's pH. I covered this in the first post. The blood pH level is 7.2 or so. Pure water is 7.0. The scale is 0 to 14. So, pure water is not bad for you. For those with certain ailments, distilled water can be bad. For those with other ailments, distilled water is a must. Given what is in tap water, ..., unknown substances, known substances that cause cancer, and worse, I will drink distilled and eat more veggies and fruits, as ripe as I can get them. This was covered in the original post. The Wikipedia distilled water page has a section about health effects. It repeats what I wrote, with one exception. It claims some people get a sizeable amount of their minerals from their drinking water. It does not state which people, like people eating only meat. Nor does it say you get over 50% from water. However, it does mention several studies, which I will attempt to find and read. I found this section good reading. A verification. Now, it had bad info on fluoride. Very bad. It attempted to balance it, but one can see the effects of multiple authors on this page. Each paragraph seemed to repeat facts from a previous one. Poor writing.
