Guest guest Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 I think I hit a plateau on the weightloss. Any advice? Also, I don't feel like I'm having a flareup; but when I got on the Nordic Trac this morning, I only made it 3 minutes. I felt like I'd been going for half an hour. Still only down a total of 10 (after putting some back on). That first week was great, but I haven't been able to keep it up.
