Guest guest Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 Can't help you out with the post but I can relate to your frustration regarding lack of help of your local PCT or GP. Unfortunately it seems to be that, in the UK at least, CMT isn't that common compared to other conditions and knowledge of all the complications is limited, not least because all the variations in symptoms and types. May I suggest downloading any information that you manage to aquire here but also when you go to your GP plan on what you're going to say and outline what you want from them. My own experiences are that CMT may be the root cause but treatment is likely to be from a different department. Apologies if I'm teaching you to suck eggs!
