Colorado Physical Therapist to specialize in CMT

I wanted to see if anyone knew if there is a list of physical or occupational

therapists that specialize in CMT. My 4 year old daughter has been diagnosed

with CMT and she has been getting PT, OT and hippotherapy for a couple of years.

We love our therapists, but wanted to see if there might be someone that

specializes in CMT in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
