THIS IS AMAZING!! I was alone in my tent three nights ago wondering if SAUNAS

could somehow kill the toxic yeast by elevating the body temp + just plain

sweating the toxins out..

Now if I can just find a sauna..

I was also pondering LOWERING the overall body temp =?= could this possibly make

the yeast die & go to hell where it belongs or is " the heat " where its at?

If anyone needs a human lab rat to freeze; sauna-fy; poke or prod = drop me an

email!!

with my allergist as I am allergic to Penicillin, but he wasn't concerned.

Whatever you decide to do, do NOT lower your body temp as that is what keeps the

toxins active. HEAT is what you need, if you have no access to sauna, take hot

baths with epsom salt. Heat kills toxins from exposure and bacteria. That is

why your body runs a fever when you are ill.
