This patent-pending system combines laces with hook-and-loop straps that offer an easy way of fastening without the need for tying laces, which can be challenging for patients who have difficulty bending over or who have impaired function in one or both hands. The fastening can be done on either side of the shoe. The Tie-Less Lace line features a soft, seamless fabric lining, padded with foam, which offers excellent protection for patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy. The shoes also feature an Ergonomic Stride Sole design, which enhances comfort and helps propel the foot forward.
