Guest guest
If you're dizzy when you stand up or move quickly, it could be low blood pressure. Mine is already low, and if I eat really clean (cut out all high-sodium, processed foods) and drink a ton of water, it feels like I'm on a tilt-a-whirl or something. My solution is to have some cottage cheese, or wheat bread, or a bar; anything with some sodium in it. It could also be your inner ear. Sometimes an ear infection can mess with your balance. If it doesn't go away, it wouldn't hurt to call the doctor. Question!!!!! Last night after my 6th meal I became really dizzy. I was very dizzy when I woke up so much I did not do my cardio today. I have NO other symptoms except a little bit of nausea. Am I doing something wrong? Is my body rejecting me? I have not eaten anything weird, that I haven't been eating for the last three weeks. I can see why she would be excited new friends.sounds good to me.Winter is a time for me to pant and do my projects...Sit by a cracking fire with a hot cup of coffee, watch the birds and blizzards......LOL..... With my CMT I have trouble with both hot weather and cold..but more so hot and humid.. Tell her welcome to Minnesota for me and dress warm Let me know how she is doing. Blessings Geri Hi Geri, No, they don't have CMT. This is my husband's mom and aunt. My mother-in-law has Fibromyalgia though. She wears wrist braces. She loves to do knitting, but uses a knitting machine, since her hands are bad. There aren't a lot of places in the country where there are senior clubs that include the knitting machine. She says there's a knitting store in Park Rapids and a group that uses the knitting machine. She can't wait! My husband and I are concerned about her moving there since it does get so cold and she's 70 years old. We think the Southern California warmth might be better for her health, but she really likes the beautiful trees, the cleaner air, the high percentage of retirees, and the slower-paced lifestyle. She thinks she'll adjust to the cold within a couple of years. Do you tolerate the cold weather ok? Do other non-CMTers have a problem with it?
